Plan:

I schedule a visit to the garden as it is now, discuss the lifestyle of the household, the vision planned for the garden, tastes, abilities, and the amount of time that can be devoted to maintenance. If a paper plan is needed, I measure and take note of sun and shade patterns, existing plantings that will remain in place or can be moved or removed, and draw up plans that can be used to refer back to as the garden takes shape. The garden is designed just for that family or couple with their needs and dreams for their property in mind.   I can make suggestions about changes, additions, plant material, hardscapes, etc.  Achievable plans are drawn up for the budding gardeners to follow, complete with suggested plants, care requirements and places to purchase. I am available for follow up visits any time additional help is needed in the planting process.
